some of them very heavy, most nights.

Also very much enjoyed Waterlemon and Hansen Bay for snorkeling. We would also recommend the hike from Salt Pond to Ram Head- Terrific sea views and sights back over St John.

(and renting fins etc. for snorkeling) Overall we adore St John as a relaxing place to vacation, but especially Coral Bay with its "undiscovered" feel and sense of community. As far as Bo Atabey, it was perfect for two couples, with lovely furniture,
huge doors to let in the breeze, outdoor showers and a highly exciting driveway! Thank you!!

The weather was: Diverse-Sunny, Hot-Humid & cloudy-changeable by the hour--Every combination was preferable to the 2ft. of snow we left in D.C.
    Our favorite adventures: Exploring different beaches and shopping venues; sitting on the decks and scanning the country side; enjoying the wildlife, waterfowl; and fish, snorkeling (esp.seeing sea turtles); driving rightside cars on the left side of the road; listening to the live music playing far below Bo Atabey; chatting w/St John folks; playing with the geckos;
    enjoying the family together.
Great restaurants we discovered: Shipwrecked*, Donkey Diner*,
    *Aqua Bistro, Sweet Plantains****
Other thoughts to share: Knowing things don't work the way an island resort does is an important place to start. The more rustic natural envirorment is an advantage as long as it's expected. Bugs, losing computer access, difficult transportation are all manageable w/the proper mind-set. Robin helped us out when we got stuck or in a quandary
and we appreciate that. Thanks! :)
We are grateful for the opportunity Bob & Linda have provided in
    building their breathtaking paradise.

    Bob & Linda,
Your place is fantastic!!! We had such a great time. Air conditioning was NOT necessary and that's coming from Arizona residents! With the occasional afternoon rain and the evening showers we found it to be quite comfortable. The screen door to the patio
takes a little getting used to-HA! It can snap open and it seems eventually
    that will ware and tare.
I also might suggest that you install hooks on some of the doors because if you want to keep them open they eventually slam shut with the wind.
The pool was great, perfect temperature and always clean!
The kitchen was fantastic, oven pots pans, etc-- love the coffee mugs!
The outdoor showers refreshing! The privacy is also perfect--hope you can maintain that!
My wife and I have been to many places and we have rented villas before, St Barts, Martha's Vineyard etc,-- but we both agreed that yours was the best so far. Coral Bay and the people were just as genuine as could be and the island itself was just a great place to pass time.
I lead a pretty hectic business life and this break was much needed and the whole experience really recharged my batteries!
Thanks again Bob and Linda and I hope to reschedule next year!
    Regards,
    Michael L.W..........

Well worth your tremendous effort to build it. Even with a history of a half dozen vacations
in the Cruz Bay area, we'll always come to Coral Bay from now on, the peacefulness
and sense of community is powerful.
Impromptu hightlights included Chef Reggie, Blues festival on Saturday night and
Inner Visions on Thursday night wafting up the hill and a memorial service
for a character named Jimmy at Skinny Legs.
    Thanks much,

The weather was: Perfect! Our favorites adventures: Try a sail on the Long Distance, out of Coral Bay with Rick and Robin-rather than feeling like we were clients we felt like we were sailing with old friends. The hike to Rams Head is always great- snorkel the left side of Yawzi Point trail-walk halfway down, take the path to the left and snorkel up to the point.
Great restaurants we discovered: The Tourist Trap is great! Try the mahi sandwich-the meatballs, the chicken wings, the lobster roll-
Shipwreck is always great- Chef Reggie (at Eirlines-the yellow Kiosk) great BBQ.
Other thoughts to share: WOW what can we say? You've put such care and detail into your beautiful home. We love looking over the harbour at night, morning swims and the cozy casual and tasteful decor-
